Taxi

This is a popular mode of transportation in Ica. The three-wheeled taxis can hold two passengers at once, although can sometimes pack in as many as four. They are not allowed in Lima. During our stay, hundreds of them protested in front of the Palacio de Armas. I guess they wanted in on the taxi profits.
